45 degrees and rain, in the middle of May. Sounds like Northeast Ohio to me.
I started working on the ratty magdumb yesterday. Switched out the forks, shocks, and swingarm. I also hit the gas tank a few times with a hammer. Today I threw it out in the rain to get all nice and rusty. I'm not too sure if I'm digging the mini magnum look yet; I'll have to see how it handles.
Green is the new black! Finished with duplicolor grabber green. I really hope this doesn't look too ridiculous. I'm actually impressed with how well it came out.
I'm still trying to figure out the sebring. Threw on a whole new stator and flywheel from handybikes which fixed my spark issue. Fixed some potential air leaks which bumped the compression from 90 up to 130 psi. My stock single ringed a35 was pushing upwards of 150 psi, and cobrapipe's e50 had 220 with a dual ringed metrakit. Anyone know what the compression should be for the M1 polini? Now the PHBG clone is giving me trouble; no fuel in the bowl. I might just throw a SHA on to get it to run.
